He is an accomplished leader with a distinguished track record in spearheading large-scale IFI-funded projects, including transformation strategy formulation, regulatory reforms, and complex change management across national sectors. Nilachal's extensive experience encompasses key areas of India's national priorities, such as water and sanitation, public health, women and child development, rural livelihoods, skill development, sustainability, affordable housing, urban reforms, e-Governance, justice and security, financial inclusion, and public services delivery.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with policymakers, government-led institutions, and international financial institutions to drive impactful outcomes and foster sustainable development.
