Amaryllis is a member of the Tax Transformation team with excellent project management skills.  She is technically strong, and consistently brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to the table. She is also a great teammate who elevates the people around her, she brings clarity, focus, and a positive attitude.  

"What initially drew me to the Tax and Legal Transformation team was the chance to work on projects that could drive meaningful change, not just improve day-to-day business operations. I was excited by the vision of digital transformation, and I wanted to be part of a team that helps Finance and Legal departments operate more effectively. From the very first weeks, I felt I was part of a dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.

Three years later, I’m still learning and evolving. I get to work on complex projects for organizations across different industries, always trying to strike a balance between tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results. 

This isn’t always easy but that’s exactly where the power of the team comes in. For me, the team is the most important source of inspiration and strength. Our collaboration is built on open communication, trust, and mutual respect. It creates a space where everyone feels their contribution is valued. I actively support my team every day and encourage each colleague’s development, because I truly believe that only through collective effort can we achieve the results we are aiming for. The sense of a shared goal and knowing we have each other’s backs is what keeps me motivated.

My journey at KPMG so far has helped me grow both professionally and personally. I’ve matured and learned to trust myself more. I don’t see my job as just a daily responsibility, I see it as an opportunity to make a real impact, to leave something behind that lasts.
