Søren Dalby is CEO at KPMG Acor Tax and senior partner in the Corporate Tax Services practice. Furthermore, he is the KPMG EMA Head of Tax & Legal. Søren has more than 20 years of experience advising both Danish and international clients on tax strategy, governance and policies, ESG & Tax, effective global tax compliance, international taxation, tax audit management, restructuring, M&As, communicating tax matters and technology application.

Søren worked at KPMG from 2008-2013 and then went to work for a company within the dairy industry as the head of tax. In 2016, Søren rejoined KPMG as a corporate tax partner.

Through his dedication to tax matters and extensive experience from both the industry and the tax authorities, Søren has obtained solid knowledge of customer needs and the challenges that come with complex tax rules and the public’s focus on tax in general.
