Previously, Simon served as the Audit Divisional Executive for KPMG Australia (2018–2020), where he championed digital innovation and transformation with a focus on using technology to enhance and disrupt the traditional audit experience. With over 20 years at the firm, he brings deep expertise and a forward-thinking mindset to everything he does.

He serves on the Board of Mind Australia and the National Audit Committee of CEDA.
